I currently offer domestic shipping across Canada for a flat rate. I make regular trips to the post office, so I try to get your order out the door as soon as possible. Be sure to check your email for a tracking information! If you are near Caledon, Ontario, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. Once you place an order, I will email you within a few business days to confirm that your purchase is ready and coordinate a convenient pickup time. If your plans change, just let me know, and we can reschedule.

I am always open to custom requests! That being said, as a one-woman show, I can only take on so many projects at a time. If you are interested in custom work, send me an email at wolfwillowceramics@gmail.com and we can chat further.

All products are microwave and dishwasher safe, though handwashing is highly recommended to protect glazes and ensure your piece lasts a long time.

I’m committed to reducing waste and making eco-friendly choices wherever possible. Here’s what to expect from my packaging: Recycled & Compostable Materials: Wherever possible, I use recycled and compostable packaging to minimize environmental impact. Biodegradable Packing Peanuts: Any packing peanuts included in your order are biodegradable and dissolve in water. Reused Shipping Boxes: To further cut down on waste, I reuse shipping boxes whenever possible. Don’t be surprised if your package arrives with unexpected branding—it’s all part of the effort to reduce consumption!
